Grunske’s by the River restaurant is a relaxed, open air, undercover licensed restaurant. We are not fine dining but we do offer an outstanding view of the Burnett River and a fantastic range of local seafood and non seafood dishes.
We show case fresh local seafood and fresh seasonal local produce. Our food is honest, with clean flavours.
Several Dining Areas
We have several dining areas to choose from including the upstairs undercover deck, an outdoor covered dining area and a downstairs fully fenced river terrace.
You can call into Grunske’s by the River restaurant and get something to eat anytime. We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bring your girlfriends for house made cakes and tea and coffee. Stay and enjoy the fantastic views of the Burnett River or a grab a coffee on the go.
Live music will keep you entertained during lunch on Sundays.
You can also order any menu item for takeaway. Phone orders are welcome, however, to ensure freshness your order will not be cooked until you arrive.
Special Occasions and Functions
We welcome group bookings for family celebrations. There is no better way to celebrate a birthday than sitting on the deck enjoying a freshly cooked seafood meal, sipping a glass of your favourite wine and taking in the view of the Burnett River.
